Apple Safari

• Clear history - go to Safari menu > Clear History… > select timeframe (as required) and then click "Clear History"

Google Chrome

• Clear Browsing Data - go to Chrome menu > Clear Browsing Data… > select timeframe and options (as required) and then click "CLEAR BROWSING DATA"

Chromium

• Clear Browsing Data - go to Chromium menu > Clear Browsing Data… > select timeframe and options (as required) and then click "CLEAR BROWSING DATA"

Mozilla Firefox v57 or later

• Clear Recent History - go to History menu > Clear Recent History… > select timeframe and "Details" (as required) and then click "Clear Now"
• Clear Logins Exceptions - go to Firefox menu > Preferences… > click Privacy & Security on the left > under the 'Browser Privacy > Forms & Passwords' heading click the 'Remember logins for sites' "Exceptions…" button > locate sites to remove and remove them or select them all and click "Remove All Sites"
• Clear Cached Web Content - go to Firefox menu > Preferences… > click Privacy & Security on the left > under the 'Cached Web Content' heading click the "Clear Now" button
• Clear Site Data - go to Firefox menu > Preferences… > click Privacy & Security on the left > under the 'Site Data' heading click the "Clear All Data" button
• Clear Pop-up Exceptions - go to Firefox menu > Preferences… > click Privacy & Security on the left > under the 'Permissions' heading click the 'Block popup windows' "Exceptions…" button > locate sites to remove and remove them or select them all and click "Remove All Sites"

Mozilla Firefox v56.0.2 or earlier

• Clear Recent History - go to History menu > Clear Recent History… > select timeframe and "Details" (as required) and then click "Clear Now"
• Clear Pop-up Exceptions - go to Firefox menu > Preferences… > click Content on the left > click 'Block popup windows' "Exceptions…" > locate sites to remove and remove them or select them all and click "Remove All Sites"
• Clear Logins Exceptions - go to Firefox menu > Preferences… > click Security on the left > click 'Remember logins for sites' "Exceptions…" > locate sites to remove and remove them or select them all and click "Remove All Sites"
• Clear Cached Web Content - go to Firefox menu > Preferences… > click Advanced on the left > Network tab > under 'Cached Web Content' click "Clear Now" and under 'Offline Web Content and User Data' click "Clear Now"
• Clear Offline Web Content and User Data Exceptions - go to Firefox menu > Preferences… > click Advanced on the left > Network tab > under 'Offline Web Content and User Data' click "Exceptions…" > locate sites to remove and remove them or select them all and click "Remove All Sites"
• Clear Websites Allowed To Store Data For Offline Use - go to Firefox menu > Preferences… > click Advanced on the left > Network tab > under 'Offline Web Content and User Data: The following web sites are allowed to store data for offline use' select sites as required and click "Remove…"

iCab

• Clear History - go to iCab menu > Preferences… > History icon > click "Clear History now"
• Clear JavaScript Database - go to iCab menu > Preferences… > JavaScript icon > select "No database" from the 'Max size for Database' pop-up menu and then set the database size as required from the 'Max size for Database' pop-up menu
• Remove Cookies - go to iCab menu > Preferences… > Cookies icon > click "Display Cookies" > Global Cookies Storage tab > select all with cmd-a and click "Delete"
• Clear Caches - go to iCab menu > Preferences… > Caches icon > click "Clear Caches now"

Omniweb

• Empty Cache - go to Omniweb menu > Flush Cache
• Remove Cookies - go to Omniweb menu > Preferences… > Security icon > click "Show Cookies…" > click "Delete All"

Opera

• Clear Browsing Data - go to Opera menu > Clear Browsing Data… > select timeframe and options (as required) and then click "Clear Browsing Data"

Seamonkey

• Clear Private Data - go to Tools menu > Clear Private Data… > tick all options (as required) and then click "Clear Private Data Now"
• Clear History - go to Seamonkey menu > Preferences… > under 'Browser' on the left select "History" > click "Remove Now"
• Clear Websites Stored In The Location Bar - go to Seamonkey menu > Preferences… > under 'Browser' on the left select "History" > click "Clear Location Bar"
• Clear Cookies - go to Seamonkey menu > Preferences… > under 'Privacy & Security' on the left select "Cookies" > click "Cookie Manager" > select 'Cookies only' from the pop-up menu in the top left > select each domain in turn below and click "Remove" at the bottom
• Clear Cache - go to Seamonkey menu > Preferences… > under 'Advanced' on the left select "Cache" > click "Clear Cache"
